At The Block Artisans, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional block-printing techniques in Jaipur, India. We take great care in ensuring the quality of every item before it reaches you.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are handcrafted, the following are not eligible for return:

Used or washed products
Products damaged after delivery

Please note that slight variations in print, colour, or stitching are natural characteristics of handmade block printing and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
